Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our educational coaching. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment, provided that:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase
  • You have participated in no more than one coaching session
  • You have not completed more than one week of group program content
  • Your request includes a clear explanation of your reason for cancellation

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances make refunds ineligible:

  • Refund request submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • You have completed more than one coaching session or one week of program content
  • Services have already been delivered and consumed
  • You change your mind about the coaching approach or results timeline
  • The refund is requested for duplicate payments (only one refund per duplicate charge)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

Include in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your purchase
  • Your original order/transaction date
  • A clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and approve your refund request:

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 1-2 business days
  • Processing will be completed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment processor, the refund may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account

5. Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

If you are enrolled in an ongoing monthly program (1-on-1 Coaching or Group Learning):

  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time
  • Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period
  • No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months
  • To cancel, email us at least 3 business days before your next billing date
  • You will not be charged for any future months once cancellation is confirmed

6. No Refund for Results

Refunds are not issued based on:

  • Failure to achieve desired results
  • Different results than expected or hoped for
  • Slower progress than anticipated
  • Personal circumstances changing since enrollment

We provide educational coaching and strategies. Your results depend on your implementation, effort, and personal circumstances. Refunds are for service quality issues only, not outcome-based.

7. Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you used another payment method, the refund will be processed through that method.

8. Disputed Transactions

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment processor (a "chargeback"), we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, chargebacks may result in additional fees and may prevent future service access.

9. Free Foundational Sessions

Our free Foundational Session (30-minute discovery call) has no refund request process—it is complimentary and requires no payment.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the policy update date. Your continued use of our services following policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
