For participants in the 1-on-1 Habit Coaching Program

Monday – Week Start

You begin executing your designed habit—the cue appears, you perform the new routine, you notice the reward. The routine still requires conscious effort, but it's becoming more familiar.

Wednesday – Mid-Week Check

Optional email check-in if you're struggling. You share obstacles, get encouragement, and refine your approach. Or just document progress if things are going smoothly.

Saturday – Coaching Session

Bi-weekly call: We review your progress, troubleshoot obstacles, celebrate wins, and adjust strategy if needed. You're never alone in the difficult phase.

Ongoing

You continue practicing. Each repetition strengthens the neural pathway. Between calls, you have email access for urgent questions or obstacles that need addressing.
